At Mind Body Design, LLC we focus on personal training that holds you accountable, so that you can reach your fitness goals. We are passionate about people and believe exercise is a lifelong mission. We think exercise is best maintained if our clients enjoy it, so we are always looking for ways to make it fun. We love one on one personal training sessions, but we also offer other options.
Private In-Home Sessions
We like our clients to train in the place that is the most comfortable for them and many people prefer their homes. In-home training eliminates the barriers of travel, membership costs, and for some, the uncomfortable feeling that comes with a gym. Whether it’s the grunters, the insane number of mirrors, or your concerns about not being fit enough to go to the gym, we’re happy to meet you where you are. We’d love to train you in the environment where you are the most at ease. No need to have a room full of fancy fitness equipment, we’ll travel with enough gear to ensure you get a great workout! All you have to do is be clothed, awake, and ready to move.
Buddy and Small Group Training
Sometimes training is more fun with a buddy or two or three or four. We offer partner training and small group training that can either take place in a home, a park, or at our shared training space at Elan Yoga and Fitness. Buddy and small group training is a great way to get regular training at a more affordable price. Check out our pricing page.
Because we like to have fun, we often put together creative training options and do special events. We’ve done Yoga and Fitness Bootcamp, Flow Collins (a class inspired by a Phil Collins Pandora Station), Circuit Du Soleil (a circuit training group class), Restorative Movement (mainly stretching), and we’ve even custom designed some Hollywood fitness events to go with the movies or play along with the jokes about celebrity clients. We’re open to your creative ideas as well, so if you can think it, we’ll try to teach it. One class we love to teach is Sweatbands and Sixpacks.
We are also proud to be teaching group exercise in local fitness clubs. We currently teach six classes a week at Old Town Athletic Club in downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. Contact them directly for pricing on punch passes and membership.
