brandon for webSquat and Press: This strength exercise incorporates full body movement and is fairly simple to do. Bring dumbbells to your shoulders with palms facing away from your body. Perform a squat (sit back like you are trying to sit down in a chair) and then stand up and raise your arms overhead as you stand. For a greater challenge, try squatting and pressing at the same time (photo below). Remember to sit your hips back and make sure your abs are tight.
